Job summary

HSBC Group is seeking an advisory market enablement lead to drive global go-to-market and adoption for Advisory from its London hub. The role focuses on aligning priorities with clients and the business, building confidence across the front office and markets.

You will shape capability adoption, develop sales initiatives and client-facing materials, and translate analytics into practical client narratives. Collaboration with Product, Technology and front-office teams is essential to deliver

Qualifications

• Relevant investment advisory and/or client-facing experience in Private Banking or Wealth Management.
• Strong understanding of asset allocation, portfolio construction and portfolio analytics.
• Proven experience in sales enablement, proposition commercialisation, training and/or front-office engagement.
• Ability to simplify complex analytical/investment concepts into clear, practical messages for diverse audiences.
• Excellent communication, presentation, influencing and stakeholder-management skills; able to deliver outcomes without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Execute the global go-to-market and adoption plan for Advisory, aligned to business and client priorities.
• Support the development and market activation of Advisory capabilities in new markets, working with stakeholders to adapt the proposition and enable launch and adoption.
• Drive commercialisation and adoption of Advisory capabilities across client segments, markets and global booking centres.
• Design and deliver sales initiatives, training, communications and client-facing materials to build front-office confidence in Advisory.
• Provide subject-matter expertise on Advisory propositions and Aladdin Wealth, translating portfolio analytics into clear front-office guidance and client narratives.
• Partner with Product, COO/Transformation, Technology and front-office teams to shape new capabilities, improve platform usability and ensure analytics are practical for client delivery.
• Monitor adoption, pipeline/activity and commercial performance; use data and feedback to target enablement activity and continuous improvement.
