Mace, a leading UK consultancy and construction firm, seeks adaptable advisors to support clients and enhance service offerings. Senior Managers will bring consultancy experience, accreditation and a strong network to deliver advisory commissions across sectors.

You will shape operating models, drive capital planning and develop business cases, delivering financial and economic models to guide investment while supporting change management and procurement insights.

• Strong research, analytical and presentation skills with creative problem-solving capability.

Responsabilidades

• Shape operating models and governance frameworks for major programmes.
• Deliver organisation design, team structures and role profiles.
• Direct capital planning, feasibility assessments and business case development.
• Produce financial, economic and benefits models to guide investment.
• Support change management across transformation programmes.
• Provide commercial, procurement and supply-chain insight.
• Offer strategic advisory guidance and strengthen client relationships.
• Contribute business development and apply sector-specific expertise.
