Job description

We are looking for forward‑thinking Senior Advisory Consultants to play an important role in developing our Advisory Services capability, whilst helping clients maximise the value from their assets and adapt to long‑term challenges. The role will predominantly be working within the Water and Energy industries but may cover wider utilities and infrastructure.

Responsibilities
  • Support the development of justified and efficient (regulatory) business plans
  • Support the development and implementation of asset management plans and strategies
  • Progress on the journey of asset management maturity
  • Improve and make best use of asset data to deliver the right business solution
  • Support the development of long‑term adaptive strategies
  • Ensure appropriate governance and assurance structures are in place
  • Deliver projects to excellent time and quality
  • Analyse data to produce trends and drive decision making
  • Organise meetings and workshops with clients
  • Author reports and presentations to enable informed decision making for the client and internal teams
  • Contribute to business development activity by contributing to bids and proposals
Qualifications
  • Typically over 4 years of relevant professional experience in infrastructure management in the water, gas, or electricity industries
  • Detailed knowledge and experience in physical asset management within a regulated sector with an awareness of other disciplines/sectors
  • Uses best practice and wider knowledge to develop innovative solutions
  • Able to lead projects and work independently while supporting less experienced team members
  • Contribute to business development activity by supporting bids and proposals
  • Develops and maintains client and stakeholder relationships
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field

Working model

Hybrid working model: the role can be based at any of our offices combined with working from client locations and home. You will be required to travel to client offices 2 days a week.
