A leading care provider in the United Kingdom is seeking an HR Advisor based in Nottingham or Birmingham. This role involves providing case management advice, supporting line managers with complex decisions, and collaborating on policies and best practices. Candidates should possess at least 3 years of experience and knowledge in employment law. The position offers opportunities for career growth within an inspiring team.
You will provide strong case management advice to line managers, and support them through complex people matters with a focus on gaining the best outcomes for both the business and the individual. You will be working as part of a large HR team and will be confident in your approach to make decisions and support managers to make sometimes, difficult people decisions. Managing a portfolio of cases, scheduling and prioritising activities based on the needs of each case whilst working with senior manager’s teams to ensure cases are managed effectively. Monitoring and providing advice to managers on absence management. You will support the HRBP to develop, monitor and review policies in line with current legislation and best practice on issues such as working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management, including staff where appropriate.
