  • Provide supervision and support to our volunteer Advice team by coordinating advice sessions and ensuring we meet our quality targets.
  • Manage and supervise a team; ensure high standards of service and accuracy in advice given.
Qualifications
  • Self-motivated individual with proven ability of managing and supervising a team. Local Citizens Advice experience is preferred.
  • Compassionate and patient attitude, strong team player, with an eye for detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to use a range of IT systems; ability to thrive in a busy environment and maintain a positive outlook.
  • Understanding and commitment to the aims and principles of Citizens Advice.
