Overview

We're looking for an unsung hero who transforms complex ideas into clear, actionable solutions for financial planners. The role sits on a 12‑person team that listens to planner feedback, improves processes and systems (such as suitability letter templates), and implements regulatory change in a way that everyone understands. You’ll be part of a business that invests heavily in its employees and offers a flexible hybrid work model near our South West offices.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with financial planners.
• Gather feedback on processes and systems.
• Push back and advocate for improvements.
• Implement regulatory change and help planners understand it.

Requirements

• Level 4 qualified.
• Technical knowledge of pensions, IHT planning and investments.
• Experience building relationships with financial planners (ex‑paraplanners, ex‑planners or ex‑helpdesk professionals is desirable).
• Confidence dealing with planners and taking feedback.
