• Build and maintain relationships with financial planners.
• Gather feedback on processes and systems.
• Push back and advocate for improvements.
• Implement regulatory change and help planners understand it.
• Level 4 qualified.
• Technical knowledge of pensions, IHT planning and investments.
• Experience building relationships with financial planners (ex‑paraplanners, ex‑planners or ex‑helpdesk professionals is desirable).
• Confidence dealing with planners and taking feedback.
