The Advice Apprenticeship Programme in our Advice, Products & Operations function offers a fantastic alternative to university, combining practical on-the-job experience with structured learning and development.
The Advice, Products & Operations function is responsible for overseeing and optimising SJP’s day-to-day operations -covering areas like client services, adviser support, and operational efficiency, to ensure smooth delivery of its services. You will be working within our Advice and Client Liaison teams over the course of this 12- month programme in our Cirencester office gaining an excellent grounding in the basics of financial advice provision within one of the UK’s largest wealth management organisations.
You’ll be supported every step of the way as you work towards a fully funded Level 4 Regulated Financial Planning Apprenticeship with CII accreditation. This apprenticeship opportunity is designed to give you broad exposure across the Function, building both technical knowledge and professional skills. Alongside hands-on experience, you’ll work towards industry-recognised qualifications, laying the foundations for a long-term career in financial services.
All apprenticeships are offered as permanent contracts within our organisation, with individuals progressing directly into their substantive roles within the organisation upon successful completion of the programme.
The Advice and Client Liaison teams provide technical expertise, oversight, and client support to ensure high-quality, compliant financial advice to all St James‘s Place financial advisers (also referred to as the Partnership). From guiding advisers on complex financial planning to resolving client concerns fairly and efficiently, the teams play a key role in maintaining trust and delivering good outcomes for clients.
This role will be based full-time in our Cirencester office. You will be required to be in the office a minimum of 3 days a week and more when the business requires it.
Please note that due to the eligibility criteria for visa sponsorship, we are unable to offer work visa sponsorship for our Apprenticeship programmes.
