This is an exciting opportunity to join a well‑resourced team delivering high quality safeguarding support and solutions in a Higher Education environment. The Advice and Response Service provide holistic, trauma‑informed support to students who have experienced any form of safeguarding issue, gender‑based violence, harassment or hate. The team is made up of specialist caseworkers who provide confidential, practical, and emotional support to students.

The Advice and Response Caseworker Assistant Project Officer (Safeguarding, Gender‑Based Violence and Hate) role will be responsible for supporting various functions across the Advice and Response team, with a focus on providing information, advice and guidance to customers and supporting the delivery of events and campaigns with a focus on safeguarding, gender‑based violence and hate. Applicants will have experience of providing advice and guidance to customers, preferably within the areas of safeguarding, gender‑based violence and hate.
