Rockstar London is on the lookout for a talented Advertising Planning Manager who possesses a passion for working in a dynamic transatlantic team covering many touchpoints but with a focus on data governance and taxonomy for paid media efforts across the globe.

This is a full-time, permanent, and in‑office position based in Rockstar's unique game development studio in the heart of London.

WHAT WE DO
  • The Advertising Planning team here in London is responsible for the planning, co‑ordination, execution, reporting and data governance of all International paid media.
  • Work with the wider marketing, development, design, marketing technology, localisation, data and production teams internally as well as multiple global agencies and platform teams to co‑ordinate International Media across a wide variety of advertising channels.
  • Ensure all media campaigns are planned, executed, reported and follow taxonomy consistently and accurately.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Advertising Platform management (DSPs, social platform management).
  • CDP / PII management – bespoke segmentation, PII activations, PII tracking and reporting.
  • Manage Paid Media data governance, naming convention and taxonomy.
  • Implement additional MarTech that enhances / enriches paid media.
  • Manage Central and Territory specific Agency data compliance and health.
  • Co‑ordinate with relevant teams and agency to execute International Media.
  • Support all aspects of the development and maintenance of Rockstar‑owned and licensed technologies; both in workflow implementation as well as product roll‑out across Rockstar International territories and agencies.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Knowledge of and passion for Rockstar Games titles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Technology, Media or a related field.
  • 2+ years' experience in data governance, digital marketing, or project management.
SKILLS
  • Exceptional communication, organisation and prioritisation skills.
  • Familiarity and interest in digital media technologies including data tools, analytical tools, PII management and workflow management systems.
  • The ability to remain calm / flexible while managing large workloads and meeting tight deadlines and thriving in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Work well within a team but have the ability to think on your feet and work under your own initiative.
  • Must be detail‑oriented with excellent time‑management skills.
  • Understanding of the current social media landscape.
