Join a world-renowned luxury brand group within their Advertising & Communications team. This is an exciting opportunity for a meticulous and process-driven advertising coordinator to step into a key role supporting two prestigious brands.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for coordinating advertising activities and ensuring seamless campaign delivery across a range of print and out-of-home (OOH) channels. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you’ll manage budgets, upload media plans and maintain accurate reporting across multiple brand portfolios.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a structured, detail-oriented environment and enjoys working methodically across recurring processes and stakeholder relationships.

What You’ll Do
  • Coordinate advertising campaigns across two established luxury brands
  • Manage co-op advertising programs with retailers including budgets, events, and SEM activity
  • Upload and manage media plans through the internal media platform
  • Oversee budget tracking, invoicing, and financial reporting
  • Liaise with internal marketing and communications teams, plus external agency partners
  • Support the delivery of corporate campaigns and advertising administration
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation and reports using Excel and other internal tools
About You
  • Highly organised and detail-focused with strong administrative skills
  • Confident with numbers, data, and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills with experience managing multiple stakeholders
  • Comfortable with routine and process-based tasks
  • Proactive, collaborative, and able to manage competing priorities with precision
  • Previous experience in advertising coordination, marketing administration or media operations preferred
