A leading automotive company in Sheffield is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician/Mechanic to join their team. The role requires NVQ Level 3 training or equivalent, with responsibilities including repairing mechanical faults to manufacturer standards. The company offers a competitive salary, bonus package, long service rewards, and extensive training programs. Full UK driver's license and own tools are required. The working hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5 PM, with occasional Saturday mornings.

Qualifications

• Drive, passion, and enthusiasm to succeed.
• At least NVQ level 3 trained with work experience in a franchised dealer or independent garage.
• MOT Tester preferred.

Responsibilities

• Undertake both minor and major mechanical faults to manufacturer specifications.
• Return vehicles back to manufacturer specification and standards.
• Work effectively using equipment within the workshop.

Skills

Passion for automotive technology

Confidence in using workshop equipment

Ability to repair minor and major mechanical faults

Experience in used car preparation

Education

NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent
