Qualifications

• SVQ 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care or an equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Support a gentleman to live in his own home with person-centred care.
• Assist with care planning, auditing and the general day-to-day tasks of the service.
• Provide direct support and help the person live the best life possible.
