The role

As an Advanced Sourcing and Technology Integration Manager, you'll be at the forefront of bringing cutting‑edge technologies to market‑starting with our pioneering Carbon Capture solutions. This is a unique opportunity to influence the future of our business and help shape the next generation of sustainable engineering. You'll work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver lifecycle‑optimised solutions that make a real difference to our customers, our communities, and your career.

Day‑to‑day, you'll have the following responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, stakeholders, and customers.
  • Identifying and engaging with global manufacturers to establish strategic partnerships.
  • Leading cross‑disciplinary sourcing initiatives with engineering teams.
  • Conducting market analysis to spot trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Requesting budget quotations and managing evolving specifications during concept phases.

This is a full‑time, permanent role based at Rosyth, with hybrid working patterns available (2 days onsite). You'll work 37.5 hours per week.

Essential experience of the Advanced Sourcing and Technology Integration Manager
  • Proven experience in strategic sourcing, technology integration, or supplier development in engineering or manufacturing.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain principles and procurement processes.
  • Experience collaborating with R&D, engineering, and operations teams.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to align sourcing with long‑term goals.
  • Technical acumen and confidence in engaging with engineering teams.
Qualifications for the Advanced Sourcing and Technology Integration Manager
  • Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related technical discipline.
