The role

As an Advanced Sourcing and Technology Integration Manager, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You’ll be at the forefront of bringing cutting‑edge technologies to market - starting with our pioneering Carbon Capture solutions. This is a unique opportunity to influence the future of our business and help shape the next generation of sustainable engineering. You’ll work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver lifecycle‑optimised solutions that make a real difference to our customers, our communities, and your career.

Day‑to‑day you’ll be required to:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, stakeholders, and customers
  • Identify and engage with global manufacturers to establish strategic partnerships
  • Lead cross‑disciplinary sourcing initiatives with engineering teams
  • Conduct market analysis to spot trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Request budget quotations and manage evolving specifications during concept phases

This role is full time, 37.5 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements.

Essential Experience
  • Proven experience in strategic sourcing, technology integration, or supplier development in engineering or manufacturing
  • Strong understanding of supply chain principles and procurement processes
  • Experience collaborating with Research and Development, engineering, and operations teams
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to align sourcing with long‑term goals
  • Technical acumen and confidence in engaging with engineering teams
Qualifications
  • Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related technical discipline
