Job description

We are seeking Advanced Practitioners with either an NMC or HCPC registration for OOH work based within multiple sites across the Liverpool area.

Weekday shifts are available 18:00-23:00 & 23:00-08:00, with weekend hours available between 08:00-23:00 (split into 4-5hr shifts) & 23:00-08:00.

Ltd Company and PAYE options available

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, diagnostics, and analysis
  • Deliver high-quality urgent care support, including OOH and home visit appointments
  • Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team and support junior or unqualified staff as required
  • Ensure accurate, timely documentation and maintain professional presentation
  • Provide effective clinical reporting and contribute to ongoing service improvement
  • Demonstrate a proactive, patient-centred approach and positive team ethos
Candidate Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner or Urgent Care Practitioner in a primary care setting
  • Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team
  • Excellent clinical decision-making and communication skills
  • Valid NMC or HCPC registration and full compliance to practice in the UK
