Job summary

Knowsley Council is seeking dedicated Advanced Practitioners to join our Hospital Discharge Team, Multi Agency Saf safeguarding Hub, and the Community Team. These roles involve driving practice development, leading social work teams, and delivering safe, effective care across the borough.

You will hold a social work qualification and be registered with Social Work England, with a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle to travel across the borough and wider region.
