A local government council in Southampton is seeking an experienced Advanced Practitioner (Occupational Therapist) to lead complex cases and support staff development. The ideal candidate will have HCPC registration and will work in a collaborative team to promote innovative service delivery. The role offers a compensation range of £40,643 to £45,077 plus a market supplement, along with opportunities for professional development and work-life balance.
Joining our motivated, supportive team as anAdvancedPractitioner, you'll be an experiencedand qualifiedOccupational Therapistwith HCPCregistration. You'll lead complex casework, support staffdevelopment, and contribute to innovative service delivery that promotesindependence and wellbeing. You'll model best practice, lead onhigh-risk and complex cases, and play a key rolein our multi-disciplinary ReablementService. You'll be instrumental in shaping occupational therapypractice and supporting the professional growth of ourpractitioners.
