Job summary

DHU Healthcare is seeking an Advanced Practitioner to provide autonomous, advanced clinical care across multiple sites. You will assess, diagnose, treat, and refer patients, and conduct diagnostic investigations while maintaining detailed records.

You will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality care. The role offers a competitive salary (£62,484 per annum pro rata) with evening and weekend enhancements, generous leave, NHS pension, and a range of employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Registered and practicing with a Professional Body.
• Non-medical prescriber with post-qualification experience.
• Minimum of two Level 7 modules including Minor Illness or Major Illness.
• Experience in Primary Care or Urgent Care.
• Autonomous practice in multi-professional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide autonomous, advanced clinical care.
• Assess, diagnose, treat, and refer patients effectively.
• Conduct and interpret relevant diagnostic investigations.
• Maintain high-quality clinical records.
