• Uphold fostering regulations while quality-assuring panel reports and processes.
• Facilitate panel meetings and provide expert advice on case permanency and long-term planning for children’s futures.
• Contribute to the development of fostering policies while recruiting and training panel members.
• Collaborate closely with social workers to promote child-centred planning and ensure the best outcomes for children in foster care.

Requirements of the Advanced Practitioner

• Degree or equivalent in social work with a valid Social Work England registration.
• Significant frontline experience in the UK’s Social Services as a qualified Social Worker.
• Availability for a minimum of three days onsite.
