Job summary

Day Webster are recruiting a Band 7 Dietitian with CAMHS experience to work with CYP eating disorders; 22.5 or 37.5 hours in a hybrid arrangement.

You will provide specialist dietetic services to inpatients (Tier 4) in the Darwin Centre, lead the clinical dietetics for this service, and supervise staff and students as required.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration is required.
• NHS CAMHS experience is essential.
• Experience with eating disorders is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide highly specialist dietetic service to CYP eating disorder patients in CAMHS inpatient care (Tier 4).
• Provide dietetic clinical lead role for YP with eating disorders at the Darwin Centre.

Day Webster are currently recruiting a Band 7 Dietitian with experience in CAMHS and eating disorders.
22.5 hours or 37.5 hours - hybrid arrangement.

Job Summary

To provide a highly specialist dietetic service to CYP Eating disorder patients receiving treatment from the Trust’s inpatient service (Tier 4) based within the Darwin Centre. To provide a dietetic clinical lead role for those YP suffering with an eating disorder within the Darwin Centre.

To act as a source of expertise on the dietary management of eating disorders to medical staff, therapy staff, other health professionals, GPs, external agencies such as local community mental health teams and the dietetic department.

To make recommendations for the purchasing of supplements, food provided on the ward and equipment within the budget held by the Team Manager.

Providing clinical supervision and Training for clinical staff and students within the Darwin Centre.

What you need – Role requirements

• HCPC registration
• NHS experience within CAMHS
• Experience eating disorders
