Job summary

Tripod Partners seeks an Advanced Practitioner to deliver high-quality social work within the Families First and Family Help Service. The role focuses on the most complex children and families requiring statutory intervention, combining analytical rigour with compassionate practice.

The post holder will provide professional leadership, safeguarding advice and practice oversight, ensuring robust assessments, planning and interventions that improve outcomes for vulnerable children.

The Advanced Practitioner will provide advanced social work practice within the Families First; Family Help Service, with a caseload comprising the most complex children and families requiring statutory intervention. The post holder will provide professional leadership, expert safeguarding advice and practice oversight, ensuring high-quality assessments, planning and interventions that improve outcomes for children.
