Location: Cumbria House, Carlisle

Salary: £47,181- £48,226 per annum

Hours: 37 hours per week

Contract: Permanent

About This Opportunity

Cumberland Council is looking for an Advanced Practitioner to join our supportive and forward-thinking team. In this pivotal role, you’ll manage a complex and high-risk caseload, lead safeguarding and multi-disciplinary meetings, and provide expert guidance to colleagues. You’ll play a key part in shaping person-centred support plans that promote independence, wellbeing, and positive risk-taking for adults across our communities.

We’re seeking a qualified social worker with substantial post-qualification experience, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to continuous professional development.
