Job description

Neway International are seeking an Advanced Practitioner – Children’s Social Care Qualified to join our client, Lincolnshire County Council.

Location: Main Building, Newland, Lincoln, Lincolnshire, LN1 1YL
Hours: 37 per week
Start Date: 05 January 2026
Duration: ongoing
Pay Rates: PAYE £29.51 per hour / Limited/Umbrella £40.00 per hour
Work Pattern: 2 days remote, 3 days office-based

The Role

As an Advanced Practitioner within the Social Care Screening Team, you will play a pivotal role in decision-making at the front door of Children’s Services. This is a non-case holding position, focused on screening contacts about children and young people, advising partner agencies, and determining the right level of support required for families. You will work collaboratively with Social Care, Early Help colleagues, and external partners to ensure effective safeguarding and support.

Key Responsibilities
