Enfield Council invites applications for an Advanced Practitioner within the Youth Justice Service to lead Quality Assurance and auditing, ensuring practice meets HM Inspectorate expectations and local requirements.

As Advanced Practitioner with a specific focus on Quality Assurance and auditing, you will support practice development and service improvement across the Youth Justice Service, ensuring practice meets HM Inspectorate expectations and local requirements.
You will have experience in youth justice, children's services or a related safeguarding environment, with strong knowledge of youth justice standards, quality assurance, performance management and practice improvement.
