Job summary

Practice Plus Group is hiring an Advanced Physiotherapist Practitioner (APP) and First Contact Practitioner (FCP) to join our Musculoskeletal team in Buckinghamshire. The role blends advanced clinical practice with frontline MSK assessment across outpatient and primary care settings.

You'll manage a varied caseload, deliver evidence-based treatment, identify serious pathology, and escalate as needed. Flexible hours, 7 days a week, with no on-call responsibilities to support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration with significant MSK/advanced practice experience.
• Ability to work autonomously with an independent caseload.
• Active CPD and postgraduate development evidence.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose and manage a broad range of MSK conditions.
• Deliver evidence-based physio treatment and rehab plans.
• Act as APP and FCP in GP practices and Primary Care Networks.
• Escalate serious pathology and coordinate investigations.
• Provide expert clinical advice to GPs and colleagues.
• Support service development, audits and quality improvement.
• Supervise junior team members and maintain records.
