A leading healthcare provider in the UK is seeking an Advanced Pharmacist for maternity leave cover. This role requires managing clinical pharmacy services for Women and Children's and Medical directorates, providing high standards of care and operational effectiveness. We are looking for a skilled and experienced individual to take on the role of the Band 8a maternity leave cover for a 12-month period covering both Women and Children's and Medicine. This dual role requires strong leadership, excellent organisational skills and a keen ability to manage complex patient flow processes across both speciality areas.
The successful candidate will oversee clinical pharmacy services to the Women andChildren's and Medical directorate ensuring the highest standards of care, patient experience and operational effectives across medical, maternity, gynaecology, sexual health, neonatal and paediatric services.
Hywel Dda University Health Board plans and provides NHS healthcare services for people living in Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion, Pembrokeshire, and bordering counties.
