Job summary

Claranet in Leeds is seeking a Penetration Tester to deliver web and mobile application tests, assess infrastructure, and contribute to security engagements for clients. You will work on consultancy, red team exercises and write detailed reports, with opportunity to pursue CREST CPSA/CRT/CCT and other certifications.

Qualifications

• Experience in web and mobile application testing and infrastructure testing.
• Ability to produce accurate technical reports and remediation recommendations.
• Willingness to travel and work onsite.

Responsibilities

• Undertaking web and mobile application testing and infrastructure testing engagements
• Collaborating with clients and Claranet units on large client digital transformation projects
• Assisting with pre/post sales activities as required
• Communicating within Claranet and with clients, both orally and in writing
• Contributing to the writing and publishing of whitepapers and advisories
• Developing and delivering webinar content
• Delivering targeted research and development in line with direction of the business
• Have a good understanding of web & mobile application and infrastructure testing and methodologies
• Able to manually and proficiently exploit web application and network infrastructure vulnerabilities
• Provide remediation advice and produce accurate technical reports
