What you will do
  • Independently manage your own caseload, performing comprehensive assessments and designing tailored treatment plans.
  • Collaborate closely with our Lead Occupational Therapist on exciting projects that drive departmental development.
  • Provide mentorship and supervision to junior staff, fostering a nurturing and educational environment.
  • Engage in cross-departmental initiatives, gaining experience in diverse areas such as PICU, cardiac, NICU, and outpatient services.
  • Continuously develop your skills and knowledge through CPD programmes.
  • Contribute to service development with a focus on enhancing patient care and outcomes.
  • Provide excellent patient care while working as part of a collaborative multi-disciplinary team (MDT).
What you’ll bring
  • HCPC registration.
  • A relevant Degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Experience as a Band 7 Paediatric Occupational Therapist.
