A healthcare provider in the UK is seeking an Advanced Nurse Practitioner to conduct comprehensive health assessments and manage patient care autonomously. Candidates must have full NMC registration, relevant qualifications, and at least 2 years of experience in a GP practice. The role offers a bank contract with flexibility in scheduling and locations throughout Sefton, along with an hourly rate of £32.06.
You will undertake comprehensive health assessments both face to face and over the telephone, including adults and paediatrics; practicing autonomously whilst demonstrating a person‑centred approach to care delivery. Within your professional boundaries you will assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate treatment/interventions and care for patients presenting with undifferentiated and undiagnosed conditions and complex needs. Clinically examine and assess patient needs from a physiological and psychological perspective, and plan clinical care accordingly. You will practice autonomously and prioritise, organise and manage your own workload in a manner that maintains and promotes quality. Take responsibility for your own learning and performance, acting as a positive role model.
