Job summary

A healthcare provider in the UK is seeking an Advanced Nurse Practitioner to conduct comprehensive health assessments and manage patient care autonomously. Advanced Nurse Practitioner (Primary Care) - Bank

You will undertake comprehensive health assessments both face to face and over the telephone, including adults and paediatrics; practicing autonomously whilst demonstrating a person‑centred approach to care delivery. Within your professional boundaries you will assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate treatment/interventions and care for patients presenting with undifferentiated and undiagnosed conditions and complex needs. Clinically examine and assess patient needs from a physiological and psychological perspective, and plan clinical care accordingly. You will practice autonomously and prioritise, organise and manage your own workload in a manner that maintains and promotes quality. Take responsibility for your own learning and performance, acting as a positive role model.
