Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to lead the delivery of high‑quality care for unregistered patients at our Hastings Primary Care Hub. You will provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment at first contact, including prescribing as an Independent Prescriber. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, supporting service development and improving patient outcomes.

What Youll Do
  • Deliver safe, effective care for patients with minor illnesses and long‑term conditions.
  • Assess physical, social, and psychological needs, providing treatment or onward referral.
  • Prescribe medication following clinical examination and evidence‑based practice.
  • Work within IC24s clinical governance framework and maintain compliance with CQC standards.
  • Engage in audits, CPD, and service development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to locality meetings.
What We’re Looking For
  • Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
  • Non‑Medical Prescriber qualification.
  • Physical assessment of adults and Minor Illness course.
  • Experience in general practice or urgent care.

  • Work within clinical governance structures of IC24, ensuring the highest standards of patient care including CQC guidance.
