Longfield Medical Centre in Maldon is seeking an advanced nurse practitioner to join a dynamic multidisciplinary team on a full- or part-time basis. You will provide autonomous clinical care across acute presentations and long-term conditions, working with GPs, nurses and allied health professionals to ensure patient-centred outcomes.

Competenze

• NMC registered as a clinician in the UK.
• Masters degree and non-medical prescribing or portfolio equivalent.

About the Role

Longfield Medical Centre, based in the historic riverside town of Maldon, is looking for an exceptional advanced nurse practitioner to join our dynamic multidisciplinary team, on either a full or part-time basis. We pride ourselves on delivering outstanding patient-centred care while embracing modern approaches to healthcare delivery.

As an advanced nurse practitioner, you will be a highly autonomous clinician, providing advanced assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of patients with a range of conditions. You will work closely with our GPs, nurses and allied health professionals, to deliver safe, high-quality care from acute presentations to long-term condition management.

Essential

• NMC registered
• Masters degree and non-medical prescribing or portfolio equivalent

• Primary care experience
• Long term condition trained - asthma, diabetes, etc
• Infection control
• Proven experience in primary care or urgent care settings
• A commitment to evidence-based practice, innovation, and teamwork
• Excellent communication skills and a patient-first mindset
