A leading healthcare provider near Lincoln is seeking a Locum Advanced Nurse Practitioner to provide ongoing clinical support in a GP surgery. The position requires experience in primary care and proficiency in System One. This role offers regular hours from 08:30 to 16:30, competitive pay rates, and supportive integration into the clinical team.

Qualifications

Hours

08:30 - 16:30 (Mon-Fri)

Contract Type

Locum / Ongoing

Rate

£48.00 - £55.00 per hour (depending on skills and experience)

Key Requirements & Information
  • Must have experience working in a GP / primary care setting
  • Use of System One required
  • On-site parking available
  • Will be part of the regular clinical team; stable, ongoing sessions
  • Clinical duties will include (but are not limited to):
    • Face‑to‑face consultations
    • Telephone triage / advice
    • Chronic disease management
    • Prescribing (if clinically and legally qualified)
    • Minor procedures, referrals, documentation, care planning, etc.
  • Must hold valid NMC registration (or equivalent)
  • Evidence of appropriate postgraduate qualifications/competencies (e.g. ANP training, clinical skills, prescribing)
  • Excellent communication, organisational skills, ability to work independently within guidelines and NHS primary care frameworks
