This is a varied, hands‑on role involving the assessment and management of patients with acute and long‑term conditions, alongside chronic disease management, QOF, routine nursing services and general clinical duties.
As a small practice, we need someone who is confident working independently, able to make clinical decisions within their scope of practice and comfortable managing a broad range of patient needs. The successful candidate will need to be organised, flexible and willing to take responsibility for their own workload, including clinical reviews, investigations, results and follow‑up.
