Omnes Healthcare Limited is looking for enthusiastic Advanced Nurse Practitioners to join our dedicated team and contribute to a company that truly makes a difference. The practice, located in Becontree, serves approximately 22,000 patients. It is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the underground station, with bus stops outside the practice and parking available onsite. Our Child and Family site is next to Barking Town Hall, offering excellent transport links. As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, you will be supported by a diverse, multi-skilled professional team of clinical and non‑clinical staff. You will provide high‑quality, person‑centred, holistic nursing care to patients registered with Omnes Healthcare practices, including screening, assessment, and treatment.
