This is a pivotal leadership role overseeing two Nursing and Residential Services and a large bedded Extra Care Scheme, offering a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact across multiple sites.

About the Role

We're seeking a forward-thinking, motivated, and 'can-do' leader for this successful healthcare provider with a proven track record in managing multi-site adult social care services. You'll be responsible for:

  • Providing strategic leadership and mentorship to Service Managers.
  • Driving quality improvement, occupancy, and financial performance.
  • Building strong local and regional relationships.
  • Ensuring compliance with CQC and other regulatory standards.
  • Championing Shaw's values of Wellness, Kindness, and Happiness.
