A healthcare provider in London seeks an Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to conduct telephone assessments and provide clinical advice. The role requires substantial post-registration experience, strong clinical reasoning, and the ability to work autonomously. This flexible position can be performed remotely, though office-based work is preferred to enhance team collaboration. Candidates must have a passion for improving patient access in urgent care.
We are seeking a skilled and autonomous Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to join our dynamic Clinical Assessment Service (CAS) based in Putney. Our CAS team plays a critical role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based telephone assessments and clinical advice to patients across the region. Working closely with GPs, specialist clinicians, and a multidisciplinary team, you will be at the forefront of urgent primary care delivery. The CAS model is designed to improve patient access to the right care at the right time. As an ANP, you will work within agreed clinical protocols to assess patient needs, provide timely clinical advice, and make appropriate onward referrals. You will be supported by a collaborative and professional team, while being trusted to manage your own clinical caseload and contribute to continuous service development. This is a flexible role that can be undertaken either remotely from home or in our modern offices in Putney, though office-based working is preferred to enhance team collaboration and support. Previous CAS or Out-of-Hours (OOH) telephone assessment experience is essential for this role.
