Job summary

Bristol NHS Foundation Trust invites applications for a Post-CCT Clinical Fellow in Advanced Medical Dermatology. The fellow will train to deliver high-quality specialist services for complex medical dermatology cases with supervision from senior clinicians.

The 12-month fellowship (with possible extension for part-time training) offers experience in in-clinic and on-call work, with access to a multidisciplinary team and opportunities to lead specialist clinics in psoriasis, eczema, hidradenitis

Qualifications

• Must have completed Core Medical Training or Acute Care Common Stem and Dermatology specialty training.
• UK CCT in Dermatology (or equivalent).
• Demonstrated interest in medical dermatology; ability to work in a team; ability to supervise junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Deliver service at junior consultant level with supervision for tertiary work.
• Out-patient clinics and on-call duties, review of acute ward referrals, MDT attendance, biopsy lists.
• Specialist clinics in psoriasis, eczema, hidradenitis suppurativa, and other dermatology areas as available.
