HealthHero Integrated Urgent Care seeks autonomous Prescribing Clinicians to support OOH services across Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin. Roles include face-to-face and home-visit shifts, with regional head office triage duties and a flexible rota.
You will assess, diagnose and treat patients, triage effectively, and support with care coordination across primary care centres and remote consultations. A non-medical prescribing qualification and MSc in Advanced Practice are highly valued.
Further to recent organisational growth, we have an exciting opportunity for independent, autonomous Prescribing Clinicians to support our Urgent Care service within the out-of-hours (OOH) period across the Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin locality.

Working from our Telford Headquarters and/or from one of our Primary Care Centres as an Independent, autonomous Prescribing Clinician you will work as part of our multidisciplinary team to deliver safe and timely care to those accessing our Integrated Urgent Care Service, providing a variety of shift opportunities to include:
Our service works to coordinate health and care services to patients and where clinically appropriate, utilise alternative pathways to emergency admission.
Our Clinical Practitioners provide care through the assessment, diagnosis, treatment and discharge or referral of patients with undifferentiated and undiagnosed injury/illness, or acute exacerbation of existing conditions. You will assist in the development of an integrated approach to the delivery of patient care across the ‘whole system’ of health and social care, working in partnership with all relevant stakeholders.

You will be a registered nurse, paramedic, or other allied health professional, with a non-medical prescribing qualification in the context of a broad scope of practice.
