Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting an experienced RMN or HCPC-registered practitioner for the Older Persons Mental Health Service on the Isle of Wight. The post requires a Level 6 degree and involvement in MSc studies, with a pathway to advanced clinical practice.

The role focuses on autonomous assessments, high-level decision making, and delivering patient-centred care, working with carers and community services as needed.

Formación

• Registered Professional (NMC/HCPC)
• Educated to Level 6 Degree level in relevant speciality
• Evidence of Level 7- MSc level study/module

Responsabilidades

• Deliver advanced clinical practice with autonomous assessment and decision making.
• Develop MSc/advanced practice portfolio and obtain accreditation with NHS England's Centre for Advancing Practice.
• Promote patient-centred care and collaborate with carers, families and community services.
