A leading children's healthcare provider in Liverpool is seeking an Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join their Emergency Department. This role involves autonomous advanced care delivery for children, with responsibilities including managing care and decision-making in acute situations. Applicants should be prepared to work day and night shifts and will benefit from a supportive learning environment as part of a large, dedicated team.
We are seeking an Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) to join our Emergency Department, which also serves as a Major Trauma Centre and includes an onsite Urgent Treatment Centre and an Emergency Decision Unit. ACPs will work across all areas of the department and are required to cover both day and night shifts.
Each ACP will have a designated consultant clinical supervisor and receive regular supervision. The ACP team also benefits from protected teaching time to support ongoing development.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as we prepare to open a new emergency floor extension in November 2025. The expansion will include a Paediatric Assessment Unit and a Same-Day Emergency Care facility, creating new opportunities for ACPs across the Urgent Care group.
