Job summary

Locum Ready is seeking an Advanced Clinical Practitioner to support regional community health and primary care services across Kingsbridge. This role offers flexible sessional work in community clinics, ideal for ACPs who can perform autonomous clinical assessments and help manage urgent patient demand.

You will join established clinical teams, deliver ACP-led sessions, handle urgent care triage by phone or in person, and record clear digital documentation.

Qualifications

• Must hold Advanced Clinical Practitioner qualification (Level 7).
• Background in Nursing, Paramedic Science, AHP or similar.
• Independent Prescribing (V300) desirable.
• Experience in GP, urgent care or community health services.
• Ability to work independently in varied clinical environments.
• Enhanced DBS clearance.
