Locum Ready is seeking an Advanced Clinical Practitioner to support regional community health and primary care services across Cleethorpes. This flexible, sessional role suits ACPs who can perform autonomous assessments and respond to urgent patient demand within established teams.

You will deliver ACP-led sessions in community and primary care settings, manage urgent conditions, provide safe prescribing within scope, and maintain accurate digital documentation across varied clinical

Qualifications

• Advanced Clinical Practitioner qualification (Level 7).
• Clinical background in Nursing, Paramedic Science, AHP or similar.
• Independent Prescribing (V300) desirable.
• Experience in GP, urgent care or community health services.
• Ability to work independently in varied clinical environments.
• Enhanced DBS.

• Supporting urgent patient demand through telephone or face-to-face triage.

This opportunity offers flexible sessional work within community-focused clinics, ideal for ACPs experienced in autonomous clinical assessment and supporting urgent patient demand.

You will work as part of established clinical teams, providing advanced decision-making, routine assessments and urgent care support across a range of structured service environments.
