Job summary

Locum Ready is recruiting an Advanced Clinical Practitioner to work in a GP practice in Newark. The role offers structured, well-supported clinical sessions with autonomy and clear workflows to deliver high-quality care in primary care settings.

You will work alongside GPs, nurses and wider staff, handle urgent and routine appointments, and contribute to safe decisions, triage, and accurate records. Experience at Level 7 and prescribing (V300) are desirable.

Qualifications

• Advanced Clinical Practitioner training at Level 7.
• Independent Prescribing qualification (V300 or equivalent) desirable.
• Experience in primary care, urgent care or emergency settings.
• Excellent clinical reasoning and patient communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in clinic.
• Enhanced DBS and up-to-date clinical training.

Responsibilities
