• Confident in autonomous clinical assessment and management.
• Smartcard essential.
• Competent using EMIS.
• Full right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Conduct same-day acute clinics and chronic disease reviews.
• Perform clinical assessments and diagnose conditions.
• Prescribe medications safely (if a qualified prescriber).
• Maintain accurate clinical records using EMIS.
• Collaborate with GPs and nurses to ensure continuity of care.
• Provide high-quality clinical decision-making during peak periods.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct same‑day acute clinics, minor illness appointments and chronic disease reviews within scope of practice.
• Perform face‑to‑face and telephone clinical assessments, diagnose conditions, and formulate management plans.
• Prescribe medications safely and appropriately (if a qualified prescriber).
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records using EMIS.
• Work collaboratively with GPs, nurses, and wider MDT to ensure continuity of care.
• Support practice demand during peak periods by providing high‑quality, autonomous clinical decision‑making.
