We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated, enthusiastic and experienced clinical pharmacist to join our patient-focused and progressive Children and Women Pharmacy Team.
The post holder will have the opportunity to provide clinical pharmacy services and medicines management to patients of the Tertiary Paediatric Haematology / Oncology Service and play an integral role in directing this service as part of the MDT, ensuring that a sustainable, high quality pharmacy service is provided for the paediatric population of South and Mid Wales.
The post holder will be supported in developing their advanced practice by our experienced Lead / Consultant Pharmacist and the excellent team of professionals working in the Haematology / Oncology department.
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic pharmacist, with excellent communication skills who will work well within the multi-disciplinary team. Previous experience in paediatric oncology is desirable but sufficient experience in paediatrics or haematology / oncology will be considered.

Your professionalism, excellent inter-personal skills & enthusiasm will equip you to be a valued contributor to our service & a key member of our clinical pharmacy team.
The role will have responsibility for managing and prescribing medication for patients as well as leading on the development and maintenance of electronic chemotherapy regimens.
