A leading healthcare provider in Scotland seeks an experienced ACNS/ANP to deliver clinical care and support to patients with life-limiting illnesses. You'll work closely with a multidisciplinary team and provide both practical and emotional support to patients and their families. Key responsibilities include collaborative education delivery and on-call provision. Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills are essential. The position offers a competitive salary and generous benefits, including holiday and flexible working arrangements.

Hours: 37.5 hours / week
Salary: £50,861 - £59,159 per annum
Holiday: 35 days per annum (including public holidays) pro-rata
Shift pattern: 12 hour shifts - Monday to Friday with 1 weekend in 4 on call
