Job summary

Sutton Valence Group Practice is seeking an Advanced Paramedic Practitioner to join our growing team for 4–6 sessions per week. You will contribute to on-the-day urgent care, including telephone, face-to-face, home visits and care home visits.

You will work closely with GPs, ANPs, Nurses and HCAs within a supportive clinical team, with EMIS Web as our information system. Dispensing status and independent prescribing are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Advanced Paramedic Practitioner with relevant clinical scope.
• Experience in urgent care settings preferred.
• Ability to perform home visits and care home visits.
• Dispensing experience and independent prescribing status would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-the-day urgent care within the practice.
• Conduct telephone and face-to-face appointments.
• Perform home visits and care home visits.
• Collaborate with GP, ANP, Nurses and HCA in a clinical team.

Job description

We are looking for a Advanced Paramedic Practitioner to join our growing team at Sutton Valence Group Practice for 4-6 sessions a week. You will form an integral part of delivering our on-the-day urgent care.

The role will include telephone, face to face appointments, home visits and care home visits. We are a practices based in the beautiful village of Sutton Valence, on the outskirts of Maidstone close to areas of large planned housing growth.

You will be well supported and work within a clinical team of GP’s, ANP’s, Nurses and HCA’s . The practice uses EMIS Web , and is part of the Ridge PCN. Independent prescribing status would be beneficial. We are a dispensing practice, offering a very competitive salary.
