Neway International is currently looking for a Qualified Social Worker to join the Older People/Adults Social Services team based with Powys County Council. This role starts as soon as possible, initially for a 6‑month contract that is likely to be extended, working 37 hours a week. Powys County Council is seeking a qualified Social Worker (Grade 11) to join a small, dynamic adult social care reviewing team. This temporary role is designed to support a peak in workload and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of older people across Powys.


You will be part of a supportive team environment, working to deliver strengths‑based services, promote prevention, and ensure person‑centred practice.

Key Responsibilities
