Your responsibilities include:
  • Following care plans and risk assessments
  • Assisting with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
  • Administering medication (training provided)
  • Supporting mobility and physical therapy
  • Preparing meals and assisting with feeding where required
  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Domestic tasks (cleaning, laundry, shopping)
  • Providing detailed written handover notes and reporting concerns
  • Acting responsibly in emergencies
Your role:
  • Support individuals with physical and mental health challenges
  • Assist with personal care, mobility, and medication (training provided)
  • Prepare meals, provide companionship, and help with daily tasks
