Powys Teaching Health Board is recruiting a Band 6 Speech and Language Therapist to support adults with communication and dysphagia across inpatient, outpatient and community settings at Breconshire War Memorial Hospital. With 1.6 WTE available, applicants may choose full-time or part-time patterns.

You will assess, treat and manage adults with communication or swallowing difficulties, delivering a varied caseload across settings while collaborating with a supportive, multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• HCPC registered Speech and Language Therapist with relevant experience.
• Experience in adult communication and dysphagia management.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.

Responsabilités

• Provide assessment, treatment and management for adults with communication and swallowing difficulties.
• Work across inpatient wards, outpatient clinics and community settings.
• Contribute to a varied adult caseload and multidisciplinary team
